“I found Kristen at her Kundalini yoga class. It was so personable and touching when I felt so isolated in LA. After taking her 6 week course, I discovered how to better channel my energy into patience, awareness, and self love. After much growth, I have become a more centered and grounded person. “

I can’t begin to tell you how important I find this work to be. After a few sessions with Kristen I came to understand that a lot of this work is child regression therapy. I found many of my ails stem from these early negative imprints that attached themselves and disguised themselves to wreak havoc on my body. They were unnecessary baggage that I carried and Kristen cleaned out the suitcase. The load gets so much lighter that you literally float. This is the language of the spiritual worker. Lighter, brighter, elevated, ascended, uplifted. This deep dive into self-realization does exactly that. It uplifts you so you may uplift others. Once you see the ‘ lighter’ side, you want to shine that light like a beacon for all to follow.
“I recommend working with Kristen because she makes you feel like you are the center of her universe while you share space with her. She seems to know exactly what you need and how to help you, even if you can’t articulate it – and even if you don’t know yourself! Through yoga and hypnotherapy, she helped me stay grounded when, while in my third trimester of pregnancy, I grappled with the aftermath of realizing I had been raped ten years before. Kristen fills every room she enters with light and positivity, and her quiet enthusiasm and peaceful energy moored me throughout what was, and still is, a tumultuous and emotional process. It is safe to say that working with Kristen has the potential to change your life!”
“Working with Kristen Eykel is always a profound and enriching experience. Whether it’s through her teaching, meditations, certification courses or simply being in her presence, you feel as if your entire essence is lifted spiritually and emotionally. One of the things that really sets her apart is the truly authentic and deeply present way she interacts with you and more importantly, hears you. It’s as if she can reach your soul and what it needs in a way that others fall short and this is largely because among other things, of how committed she is to your personal growth and well-being. She exudes a level of care and attention that shines through with everyone she works with. Simply put, Kristen’s work is transformative and her combination of love, wisdom and purpose is all encompassing. If you’re on a spiritual path, don’t miss being guided by this incredible and divine master.”

“Since working with Kristen my business has absolutely blossomed, but the material success that has transpired pales in comparison to the importance of the deep and lasting personal growth that I have experienced. I no longer worry or feel anxiety about the small things, as I am now able to see and tap into the big picture. I have learned how to accept and love myself and in doing so feel empowered to share my gifts with the world. Words simply cannot express how truly grateful I am for Kristen’s support, guidance, and presence on my journey. If you are ready to have a new experience of life, are ready to own and embody your power, and are ready tap into a way of living that feels effortless and free, Kristen is the guide for you.”
“In addition to being a yoga and meditation student of Kristen’s for years, I recently booked private sessions with her for myself and my young son after we had been in a serious car accident, hoping to clear out some of the trauma. Not only was her Reiki healing powerful, she took us on a guided visualization and helped me to come to deep realizations about what the trauma had awakened in me, and what could be learned. I left feeling empowered, rather than victimized. I have also brought friends and family to Kristen when they have experienced loss or trapped trauma, and they, too, said it was life changing. Kristen’s work has had a tremendous positive influence on my life and has kept me afloat through some really trying times.”
To put words to my experience working with Kristen, is like trying to find words to describe your most profound spiritual experience. Because that’s what working with her has been and continues to be: one of the most profound spiritual experiences of my life. These days “healer” and “shaman” are words we hear often. But to find a true healer- one who can lead you across the most treacherous threshold with grace and strength- is as rare and precious as encountering soulmate love. That is who Kristen is, a true healer of the greatest magnitude. I’ve been able to share things with Kristen I was too ashamed to reveal to anyone. Her compassion, wisdom, and support demolishes shame and reveals the gem of growth and transformation available in the most harrowing times. Being in her presence is nourishing and inspirational, and with the depth and breadth of tools she brings to the table, there is no limit to what is possible.
“Working with Kristen has helped me face deep rooted fears and insecurities that I have feared facing on my own. She has also been a great example for me, as someone entering the healing world too, of how badass healers can be. I had so many stigmas and negative ideas about what I thought healers were supposed to be. These stereotypes kept me away from this work for a long time, because I thought I would have to give away all my strength, charm, sparkles and power to help others. Now of course I realize this is crazy, but by observing Kristen I realized that I get to bring myself into the work and I will be able to do it in my own healthy, vibrant and unique way. Her example gave me permission to be so many wonderful things along with this healing, without sacrificing my needs and desires. (you also seem like you are amazing at somehow keeping clear boundaries for yourself yet making soooo much space for others)
A meeting with Kristen is a meeting with my own sense of KNOWING. It’s more than visualizations, affirmations, or desires to believe, its meeting the KNOWING that lives inside my core which Kristen evokes from within me to come out and play.”
“Working with Kristen is safe—safe from judgement…..She doesn’t have the answers to your problems or how to navigate your struggles. Those answers will come from You or from Source—which is really the same thing and Kristen will help you discover You and your connection to Source. Be prepared to discover that you are indeed responsible for much of the way your life is at the moment. That realization may or may not be what you want to hear—Kristen will hold your hand through it—actually and figuratively. I have worked with Kristen in a one-on-one setting and a group setting. The one on one sessions are great. She is direct and loving. “Brutally honest,” is not her approach. Her honesty is always tempered with love and respect.”
I am truly grateful and in awe of your knowledge and how you facilitate and educate. You have pulled all of this Enlightened information, and have succinctly connected to the “Whole” or as I like to call it, “God/ Goddess” Source energy. I see and feel your Light and Worth in every frequency within the entirety of your vibrational spectrum. Om Shanti – Shanti!
Kristen was recommended to me by a friend, after a fairly traumatic experience with my first son’s birth. Not only did Kristen help to transform my birth experience, she has transformed my life, with her magical blend of hypnosis, Reiki, inspiration and guidance. She helped me reveal to myself my own powerful healing abilities, and has opened up new and exciting possibilities for my life and work. I go through it all with more confidence, grace, gratitude, hope, and love. Kristen has a beautiful, sacred circle that she has created all around her, and I am so honored to be a part of it, and to bring that amazing energy to the next steps in my own journey.
This journey is endless – in time and all directions. You are already enriching my life in so many ways.
It’s not by mere coincidence that we’ve met, and I am very glad of it. Coming to your class, having a brand new experience each and every time, being lifted and “sidewayed” to a different plateau. All this leaves me feeling safe, with a deep sense of well being, knowing this is a genuine & deep experience you have made possible. Thank you!
“Your intense devotion to your students is powerfully supportive and I appreciate all the moments I spent learning from and with you. You create a rare space for your students to bare their hearts in order to sort themselves out and find their own power again. You call us on our bullshit too, in the kindest of ways. Thank you for facilitating the restructuring of our foundations and being a shining example of self loving and committed devotion.”
