“Working with Kristen has helped me face deep rooted fears and insecurities that I have feared facing on my own. She has also been a great example for me, as someone entering the healing world too, of how badass healers can be. I had so many stigmas and negative ideas about what I thought healers were supposed to be. I can’t begin to tell you how important I find this work to be. After a few sessions with Kristen I came to understand that a lot of this work is child regression therapy. I found many of my ails stem from these early negative imprints that attached themselves and disguised themselves to wreak havoc on my body. They were unnecessary baggage that I carried and Kristen cleaned out the suitcase. The load gets so much lighter that you literally float. This is the language of the spiritual worker.
